| Abstract | 「抄録」 アルツハイマー型認知症(AD)の行動・心理症状(BPSD)と家族介護者の態度との関係を調べるため, Family Attitude Scale(FAS)日本語版を用いてAD患者とその家族介護者各13人に調査を行った. その結果, FASの得点とBPSDの頻度に有意な相関(r=.71, p=.006)がみられた. また, FASの得点の中央値を基準に得点の高い群(FAS-H群:患者への否定的態度が強い)と得点の低い群(FAS-L群:患者への否定的態度が弱い)に分けて比較したところ, FAS-H群のみで, 患者に対する否定的態度は高く保たれ, BPSDの頻度は, 介護が1年経過しても高いまま保たれていた. このように, BPSDとFASの関連が示唆されFASを用いて家族介護者の態度を評価することに意義がある可能性がうかがえた. |
