| Abstract | 「抄録」パーキンソン病の主症状は, 中脳黒質の神経変性による運動症状のパーキンソニズムである. 一方, 近年, 末梢自律神経病変が中脳黒質病変に先行することが明らかになり, 非運動症状に関心がもたれるようになった. 患者のQoLを低下させる非運動症状は, 運動症状以上に日常診療で治療に苦慮することが少なくない. 本稿では, 非運動症状のうち, 起立性低血圧や臥位高血圧などの血圧調節障害と発汗異常の病態, 診断, 治療について解説した. |
