Abstract 「抄録」 2020年にレビー小体型認知症(DLB)の前駆状態(prodromal DLB)の3つの臨床亜型が提示された. レム睡眠行動障害と嗅覚低下, 便秘・起立性低血圧などの自律神経障害はDLBとパーキンソン病(PD)に共通する重要な前駆症状である. 本稿では, その異同を含めて, prodromal DLB診断における注意点や治療介入の可能性について考察した.
