| Abstract | 「はじめに」本邦では2009年にDPP-4阻害薬が, 2010年にはGLP-1受容体作動薬が発売された. インクレチン関連薬が臨床使用されて約10年が経過し, 十分な血糖降下作用をもちながらも, 単独では低血糖や体重増加をきたしにくいという特徴は, 多くの臨床医が実感している. そして, インクレチン関連薬の血糖コントロールのみならず糖尿病合併症への効果も報告されている. 2011年以降, DPP-4阻害薬と他の経口血糖降下薬の合剤が, 2013年にはGLP-1受容体作動薬の週1回製剤が発売になり, インクレチン関連薬の処方数はさらに増加している. 2019年にはGLP-1受容体作動薬とインスリンの合剤が発売された. また, 近い将来に経口GLP-1受容体作動薬の発売も予定されているなど, インクレチン関連薬は新たな時代を迎えている. |
