| Abstract | 「はじめに」血栓症は, 血栓に伴う血管閉塞により末梢循環不全ならびに臓器障害が引き起こされた状態であり, 塞栓症は, 血栓が形成された部位とは異なる部位での血管閉塞により末梢循環不全ならびに臓器障害が引き起こされた状態である. 血栓症と塞栓症で画像所見が異なることがあるため, 血栓症か塞栓症かを意識し, 画像診断を行うことは重要と考えられ, また塞栓症が疑われれば血栓症を, 血栓症が疑われれば塞栓症を発症していないかを考慮すべきである. 血栓症ならびに塞栓症の画像診断は, D-ダイマー等の血液検査所見を踏まえ, 超音波検査・血管造影検査・CT検査ならびにMRI検査で行われるが, 臨床症状ならびに障害臓器に応じた最適な検査法による画像診断を行うのが望ましい. 本稿では, 脳梗塞・脳静脈血栓症, 急性腸間膜虚血ならびに肺動脈血栓塞栓症における画像診断に関してCTならびにMRIを中心に解説する. |
