| Abstract | 「はじめに」SGLT2阻害薬は, 世界的には2012年10月にオーストラリアでダパフロジンが初めて使用可能になり, 本邦では2014年4月にイプラグリフロジンが使用開始になった. その後, 約1年の間に次々と他のSGLT2阻害薬も認可され, 現在計6種類が使用可能である. SGLT1の阻害(SGLT2選択性)に若干の違いはあるものの, 他のクラスの経口血糖降下薬と比較して, いずれの化学構造式も似ていることから, これまで薬剤間の効果や作用の違いはさほど大きくないだろうと予想されている. 使用開始当初は皮疹の副作用が特にクローズアップされ, 様々な副作用の懸念が先行し, 処方控えがされていた. |
