| Abstract | 「Drug Profile」 医薬品名:パキロビッド(R)パック 一般名:ニルマトレルビル/リトナビル 薬価基準収載日:未収載 薬価:未収載 製造販売元:ファイザー株式会社 「問い どんな薬か本文を読んで答えよう!」「第1問」 パキロビッド(R)パックに関する記述のうち, 正しいものの組み合わせはどれか. イ. RNAポリメラーゼ阻害により新型コロナウイルスの増殖を抑制する. ロ. ニルマトレルビルはHIVプロテアーゼにも活性を示すため, 使用にあたってHIV感染の有無を確認する必要がある. ハ. 新型コロナウイルス感染症の治療において, 軽症例から超重症例まで広く有効性が確認されている. ニ. 承認審査で評価された国際共同第II/III相試験では, 発症後5日以内の患者を対象に実施されており, それ以降に治療を開始した際の有効性などの情報は得られていない. ホ. 重大な副作用として, アナフィラキシーの報告がある. |
