| Abstract | 「Drug Profile」医薬品名 : クレセンバ(R)カプセル100mg 一般名 : イサブコナゾニウム硫酸塩 薬価基準収載日 : 2023年3月15日 薬価 : 100mgカプセル4,505.7円 製造販売元 : 旭化成ファーマ株式会社 「効能・効果」下記の真菌症の治療 ・アスペルギルス症 (侵襲性アスペルギルス症, 慢性進行性肺アスペルギルス症, 単純性肺アスペルギローマ) ・ムーコル症 ・クリプトコックス症〔肺クリプトコックス症, 播種性クリプトコックス症 (クリプトコックス脳髄膜炎を含む)〕 「用法・用量」通常, 成人にはイサブコナゾールとして1回200mgを約8時間おきに6回経口投与する. 6回目投与の12〜24時間経過後, イサブコナゾールとして1回200mgを1日1回経口投与する. 「問い」「第1問 クレセンバ(R)カプセルに関する記述について, 正しいものの組み合わせはどれか. 」イ. シトクロムP450依存性ラノステロール-14α-脱メチル化酵素の阻害によりエルゴステロールの合成を阻害し, 真菌細胞膜の機能を障害する. |
