| Abstract | [Points] ●ベンゾジアゼピン受容体作動薬 (BZ) の単剤投与は, せん妄を誘発, 悪化させるリスクがあり, 原則避けるべきである. ●速やかな鎮静を要する患者では, BZの経静脈的投与が有効な場合がある. ●経口投与ができないせん妄患者では, ハロペリドールのみでコントロールできない焦燥や興奮, 攻撃性に対して, BZの経静脈的投与が選択肢になる. ●BZの経静脈的投与では, 呼吸抑制を含む有害事象に十分注意する. ●緩和ケア領域の終末期せん妄では, 不可逆性と判断された場合, 苦痛緩和のためにBZが使用される. |
