| Abstract | [Points] ●降圧不十分な妊婦にはカルシウム拮抗薬の使用を検討する. ●抗リン脂質抗体症候群合併妊娠に対する低用量アスピリン投与は, 必要性に応じて妊娠36週まで推奨される. ●妊娠初期までのアンジオテンシンII受容体拮抗薬・アンジオテンシン変換酵素阻害薬の投与は, 胎児奇形のリスクとならない. ●プロピルチオウラシルも催奇形性のリスクとなる可能性がある. ●神経管閉鎖障害児妊娠既往女性への1日4〜5mgの葉酸の処方は, 妊娠11週末までにとどめるべきである. ●授乳婦において, 半減期の短いミダゾラムは使用後4時間以内の授乳を避けることで児への影響を軽減できる. ●妊婦や分娩後2週間以内の褥婦のインフルエンザ感染には, 症状出現後48時間以内のオセルタミビル投与が重症化を予防する. ●授乳婦への黄熱病ワクチン接種は, 感染の危険性がある場合のみに行うべきである. |
