| Abstract | [Points] ●がん患者の呼吸困難に対してオキシコドンの非劣性は証明されていないものの, より安全に使用できる可能性がある. ●労作時呼吸困難に対するフェンタニルバッカル錠の有効性は証明されなかったが, 無効とも言い切れず, 今後の研究が待たれる. ●1日使用経口モルヒネ相当量とフェンタニル貼付剤の換算比は, 0.01であることが確認されている. ●頭頸部がん患者における放射線関連神経障害性疼痛に対して, プレガバリンは疼痛の軽減に寄与し, 有害事象についても耐用性に優れている. ●放射線治療施行時のがん患者の骨転移痛に対するプレガバリンの効果は証明されていない. ●低活動型せん妄に対しては, ハロペリドールを投与する意義は小さい. ●興奮が強いせん妄患者に対して, ベンゾジアゼピン系薬をハロペリドールと併用することによって陽性症状の軽減が期待できる. ●オピオイド開始時におけるプロクロルペラジンの予防投与は推奨されない. ●ナルデメジンはオピオイド誘発性便秘のキードラッグとして期待される. |
