| Abstract | [Points] ●橋本病は, 甲状腺腫と甲状腺自己抗体陽性を特徴とする自己免疫性甲状腺疾患である. ●甲状腺機能正常が多いが, 一部は甲状腺機能低下症となり治療を要することがある. ●甲状腺機能低下症の治療では, 1日1回サイロキシン(T4)製剤の内服投与を行い, 甲状腺刺激ホルモン(TSH)値が正常化するよう投与量を調整する. ●高齢者や心疾患を合併する甲状腺機能低下症では, T4製剤を少量から開始しゆっくり増量する. |
