Abstract [Points] ●慢性腎臓病(CKD)では早期より骨折リスクが上昇する. ●CKD合併骨粗鬆症では, 「カルシウム, リン, PTHの検査値異常」, 「骨代謝異常」, 「血管および軟部組織の石灰化」の3つの柱(CKD-MBDの概念)を包括的に管理する必要がある. ●現在のところ, CKD合併骨粗鬆症に対する明白な安全性と有効性を示しうる骨粗鬆症治療薬は存在しない. ●CKD合併骨粗鬆症治療を確立するための, さらなる治療経験の蓄積が必要である.
