| Abstract | [Points] ●透析患者でのステロイド, 免疫抑制薬, 分子標的薬の使用には, 透析導入の原疾患に対する寛解導入療法と寛解維持療法がある. ●透析患者に使用する免疫抑制薬には減量を要する薬剤, 使用禁忌の薬剤がある. ●アザチオプリンの重症副作用予防のために, 使用前にNUDT15遺伝子多型検査は必須である. ●抗好中球細胞質抗体(ANCA)関連血管炎のなかで, 顕微鏡的多発血管炎と多発血管炎性肉芽腫症の治療に対し分子標的薬であるリツキシマブが保険適用となった. ●分子標的薬は透析患者でも通常量使用できるため, 今後透析患者に対しても利用が広がると思われる. |
