| Abstract | [Points] ●ミロガバリンはわが国で開発された新規のCa2+チャネルα2δリガンドであり, 末梢性神経障害性疼痛の適応を有する数少ない薬剤の一つである. ●ミロガバリンはプレガバリンに比べて, 眠気やふらつきなどの副作用が少ない可能性がある. ●ミロガバリンは肝臓でグルクロン酸抱合により代謝され, シトクロムP450(CYP)の代謝を受けないため, 薬物相互作用を生じるとわかっている薬剤は少ない. ●ミロガバリンは主に腎排泄されるため, 腎機能低下症例では減量投与が必要である. |
