| Abstract | [Points] ●近年, 肝がんの薬物療法の開発が急速に進んでいる. ●現在, 一次治療薬として, ソラフェニブ, レンバチニブ, アテゾリズマブ+ベバシズマブ併用療法, 二次治療薬として, レゴラフェニブ, ラムシルマブ, カボザンチニブという6レジメンの有効性が示され, 上市されている. ●肝がん薬物療法の進歩に伴い, 薬物療法の適応症例が拡大しており, 適応を適切に判断することが重要である. ●現在, 肝がんのあらゆるステージにおいて, 免疫療法を軸とした新薬開発が進行している. |
