| Abstract | 「Answer」せん妄発症の予防あるいは治療に対するエビデンスレベルが高い薬理学的介入は示されていません. まずは有効性が示されている非薬理学的介入を積極的に進めながら, それでも不十分な際にリスク・ベネフィットを評価しながら薬理学的介入の併用を検討しましょう. 「解説」PADIS (Pain : 痛み, Agitation : 不穏, Delirium : せん妄, Immobility : 不動, Sleep : 睡眠) ガイドライン2018では, せん妄の予防あるいは治療に対する薬理学的介入は推奨されていない. 「(1) 「予防」への薬理学的介入はどのように進めるか?」ハロペリドールやリスペリドン, デクスメデトミジンについて, せん妄に対する単施設ランダム化試験の結果が示されており, それぞれ有効である可能性がある. |
