| Abstract | 「Answer」アミオダロン注射液は初期急速投与後に負荷投与, 維持投与を行います. 初期急速投与は対象とする病態により異なります (300mg : 心肺蘇生, 電気的除細動, エピネフリンに反応しない無脈性心室頻拍による心停止時 / 125mg : 持続性の心室頻拍, 上室性頻脈) . 負荷投与は50mg/時, 維持投与は25mg/時となります. 「解説」「(1) 静脈内投与」アミオダロンはVaughan Williams分類III群の薬剤であり, 多様な薬理学的作用を持ち合わせている. 特に, 急性作用と慢性作用があり, 急性作用はNa+, Ca2+, K+チャネル, 慢性作用はK+チャネルおよび交感神経α受容体, β受容体が主な標的部位である. 静脈内投与で最も多く認める副作用は血圧低下である. |
