| Abstract | 「Answer」視床下部-下垂体-副腎系 (HPA axis) の「抑制の程度」によって周術期のステロイドカバーをするかどうかを決定します. また, ステロイドカバーをする場合は手術の侵襲度によって方法を決定します. 「解説」グルココルチコイドの投与を受けている患者が周術期でストレス下に曝されたとき, グルココルチコイドの補充療法を行うということはごく自然な考え方である. しかしながら過去に行われてきた方法では, グルココルチコイドが過剰に投与されていることがほとんどであった. |
