| Abstract | [Points] ●栄養評価はWHOのZ scoreを利用する. ●小児の栄養療法では, 必要水分・エネルギー量はライフステージにみあう量で設定する. ●タンパク質利用効率を高めるため非タンパク質カロリー/窒素比(NPC/N)を250〜300に, また準必須アミノ酸の投与も考慮する必要がある. ●brain growth spurtにある時期の小児の栄養管理では, ω-3系脂肪酸(EPA, DHA)の投与も考慮しなければならない. ●小児への経腸栄養剤使用時には, ビタミンD, カルニチン, カルシウム, 鉄, 亜鉛などの欠乏に注意する. |
