Abstract | [Points] ●侵襲性カンジダ症の診療は漏れがないようバンドルに準じてマネジメントを行う. ●抗真菌薬はCandida属菌の真菌種同定と薬剤感受性, 組織移行性を考慮して選択する. ●臨床データが少ないが, ECMO使用中の患者では抗真菌薬の血中濃度低下に注意が必要である. |
