| Abstract | [Points] ●ステロイド療法は敗血症に対する補助療法の1つであり, その抗炎症作用と免疫抑制作用により益にもなるが害にもなりうる. ●敗血症に対するステロイド療法は, ショックからの離脱に有効であるため, 敗血症性ショックに対してのみ投与すべきである. ●有効性と安全性の面から高用量ステロイドではなく, 低用量ステロイドを投与すべきである. ●低用量ステロイドでも高血糖, 高ナトリウム血症, 筋力低下などの副作用が有意に増加するため, 患者背景を考慮した副作用マネジメントが必要である. |
