| Abstract | [Points] ●循環作動薬を適切に使用するには, 正確な血行動態把握が不可欠である. ●心機能低下の有無を遅滞なく把握する. ●第一選択薬はノルアドレナリンである. ●昇圧だけなら第二選択薬はバソプレシン. 低心機能がある場合はアドレナリンかドブタミン. ドパミンは陽性変時作用が必要なときに用いる. ●ドブタミンの心臓刺激作用は強いが, 血管拡張作用に伴う血圧低下に注意する. |
