| Abstract | [Points] ●深部静脈血栓症(DVT)と肺血栓塞栓症(PTE)の病態は密接に関連している. ●PTEの発症を防ぐためにもDVTの予防が重要である. ●DVTの予防は, 病態のリスクに応じて行う. ●内科領域でのDVT予防としての抗凝固療法は未分画ヘパリンが基本となる. ●DVTの検査も予防と同じようにリスク評価に応じて行う. |
