| Abstract | [Points] ●生活習慣の変化や高齢化に伴い心不全患者は増え続けており, 近い将来「心不全パンデミック」が予想される. ●心不全増悪の原因は医学的要因よりも生活習慣の不徹底によるものが多く, 心不全指導によるセルフケアの向上が求められる. ●運動耐容能改善, QOL改善, 心不全重症化・再入院防止を実現するシステムとして, 包括的心臓リハビリテーションの積極的な利用とさらなる普及が望まれる. ●多職種の協働と患者家族や介護者まで巻き込んだ心不全指導が重要である. |
