| Abstract | [Points] ●生物学的製剤(bDMARD)や経口の副腎皮質ステロイドの使用は, 整形外科手術における手術部位感染(SSI)のリスクを上昇させる. ●整形外科手術に際して, bDMARD, JAK阻害薬は, 原則的に休薬を検討する. ●メトトレキサートを含む従来型合成抗リウマチ薬(csDMARD)は, 周術期には原則的に休薬しない. ●合併症の存在や手術の内容によって, 周術期合併症のリスクが上昇する. ●十分な薬物治療による疾患活動性抑制は, 整形外科手術の発生率を減少させることができ, 整形外科手術後の良好な結果をもたらしうる. |
