| Abstract | [Points] ●非心原性脳梗塞は, ラクナ梗塞およびアテローム血栓性脳梗塞である. ●超急性期治療(経静脈的線溶療法と機械的血栓回収療法)実施後の薬物療法開始時期に注意する. ●抗血小板薬・抗凝固療法は, 抗血栓作用と出血性合併症発症リスクを考慮する. ●降圧療法の実施は慎重に検討する. |
