| Abstract | 「Answer」「透析が緩和治療!?」と驚かれるかもしれませんが, 末期腎不全へ移行し, 尿毒症症状を呈する慢性腎臓病(CKD)患者の症状緩和において, 腎代替療法は有効な手段の一つです. その場合, 腎代替療法で緩和しづらい症状に関して, 症状そのものに対する治療と増悪因子に対する治療を並行して行います. 一方で, 保存的腎臓療法を選択し, 腎代替療法を見合わせる場合には, 非薬物療法と薬物療法を組み合わせた治療法を積極的に行うことが推奨されます. 「解説」CKD患者は, 疼痛, 倦怠感, 掻痒感といった身体的苦痛だけではなく, 不安, 不眠, 抑うつといった精神的苦痛や, 透析による時間的制約や就労の問題, 他者からの偏見など, さまざまな苦痛が生じる. |
