| Abstract | [Points]●心腎の臓器保護で高い評価を受けているのは, SGLT2阻害薬である. ●SGLT2阻害薬は, 心不全やCKDを合併している糖尿病患者では第一選択薬となる. ●GLP-1受容体作動薬が第二選択薬となりうる. ●SGLT2阻害薬には, 尿路・生殖器感染症に加え, 正常血糖ケトアシドーシスのリスクがある. |
