| Abstract | [Points]●薬物・非薬物治療に抵抗性を示す重症心不全が急増している. ●慢性心不全に対する基本薬に加えていくつかの新薬が使用可能になった. ●ベルイシグアトは可溶性グアニル酸シクラーゼ刺激を行う新しい機序の心不全治療薬である. ●比較的重症な心不全に対してむしろ有効性を発揮する可能性があり, 今後の使用経験とエビデンスの創出が期待されている. |
