| Abstract | 第10回に続き, 今回もonco-cardiologyをテーマとしました. がん×血栓症を題材に, 静脈血栓塞栓症(venous thromboembolism;VTE)について多面的に考えてみたいと思います. 循環器領域担当の薬剤師は「がん患者のVTEや出血のリスク」に関する知識を, がん領域担当の薬剤師は近年頻用される直接作用型経口抗凝固薬(DOAC)に関する知識をアップデートして, 安心・安全な抗凝固療法を提供しましょう! 「症例」80歳代, 男性. 身長 162cm, 体重 74kg, 体表面積 1.79m2 濾胞性リンパ腫の化学療法後, 寛解を維持し, 外来で経過観察中の患者. 3カ月前に下行結腸憩室出血で入院・輸血歴あり. 便器が真っ赤になるほどの血便を主訴に, 救急外来を受診され, 経過観察目的に消化器内科へ入院となった. 下部消化管内視鏡が施行されたが出血源の特定には至らなかった. 貧血の進行は認めなかったことから輸血は施行されず, 経過観察となった. |
