| Abstract | 「Key Point」 ●末梢性μオピオイド受容体拮抗薬のナルデメジントシル酸塩(NAL, 商品名:スインプロイク(R))は, わが国初のオピオイド誘発性便秘発症の作用機序に沿った治療薬である. ●NALは, オピオイド誘発性便秘に対して従来型便秘薬でコントロールが困難な場合の第二選択薬として, わが国のガイドラインで推奨されている. ●実臨床では, オピオイド導入と同時のNALの処方は頻繁に行われている. ●タペンタドールの副作用(主に消化器症状:悪心, 便秘)出現は, NAL内服で低下する. |
