| Abstract | 「Key Point」 ●高齢者では便秘の有病率は上昇し, QOLを低下させる原因となる. ●便秘症状は排便回数だけではなく, 排便困難感, 残便感などにも着目する. ●基礎疾患の有無や薬剤性便秘など二次性の便秘も念頭に置き, 薬物療法の際には高齢者特有の副作用に注意する. ●高齢者の便秘では, 低栄養や筋力低下も関連しており, 多職種との連携が必要と考えられる. |
