| Abstract | [Key Points] ●アミノグリコシド系薬(AGs)の臨床効果はPK/PDパラメーターであるCpeak/最小発育阻止濃度(MIC)やAUC/MICに相関する. ●AGsの代表的な副作用である腎毒性はトラフ値に相関し, 耳毒性は血中濃度よりも総投与量と関係する. ●AGsの投与方法は, PK/PDの面から1日単回投与を推奨する. ●Cpeakは点滴開始1時間後(30分で投与した場合, 終了30分後), トラフ値は投与前30分以内に採血を実施する. |
