| Abstract | [Key Points] ●グラム陰性桿菌による感染症に選択され, 特に緑膿菌や基質特異性拡張型β-ラクタマーゼ(ESBL)産生大腸菌に優れた抗菌力を示す. ●中・重症例ではカルバペネム系薬投与の前に選択すべき薬剤である. ●適応症は, 肺炎, 敗血症のほか膀胱炎, 腎盂腎炎, 腹膜炎 胆嚢炎などであり, 肺炎と敗血症における用法・用量は1回3g, 1日3回点滴静注であり, それ以外の疾患に対しては1回投与量が1.5gとなる. ●腎機能に問題のない患者の場合, 適応菌種に対する本剤のMIC値が≦8μg/mLの場合に選択される. |
