| Abstract | [Key Point] ●タクロリムスは難治性 (ステロイド治療に抵抗性または依存性) の活動期潰瘍性大腸炎 (中等症〜重症) に対して適応のある免疫抑制薬である. ●タクロリムスは体内動態の個人差が大きい薬剤であり, 薬物血中濃度モニタリング (TDM) に基づいた個別投与設計が必要である. ●潰瘍性大腸炎に対するタクロリムスの投与は3カ月までに限られており, タクロリムスでの寛解導入後はチオプリン製剤などの他の薬剤による維持治療が必要である. |
