| Abstract | [Key Point] ●現在, 炎症性腸疾患 (IBD) において, Janus kinase (JAK) 阻害薬の適応となる疾患は潰瘍性大腸炎 (UC) のみであるが, クローン病 (CD) に対しても治験は進行している. ●JAK1, JAK2, JAK3, tyrosine kinase 2 (TYK2) の4分子のうち, 特にJAK1とJAK3の阻害作用の強いトファシチニブと, JAK1を中心に阻害するフィルゴチニブが, 現在UCに投与可能なJAK阻害薬である. ●トファシチニブもフィルゴチニブも, 低分子化合物の経口剤である. ●新規のJAK阻害薬のIBDに対する治験も行われており, 今後適応となる可能性がある. |
