| Abstract | 「Key Point」 ●急性腎障害(AKI)診療における体液過剰の弊害と利尿薬の位置づけを理解する. ●体液過剰を認め, 進行性の腎機能障害・尿量低下を認める場合, 利尿薬の適応である. ●ループ利尿薬のPK/PDから, 利尿薬抵抗性とその対策を知る. ●利尿薬の適切な使用でも効果が乏しい場合は, 腎代替療法(透析)を考慮する. |
