| Abstract | 「Key Point」●DPP-4阻害薬は, DPP-4によるインクレチンの分解を抑制することにより, 活性型インクレチン濃度を上昇させることで血糖降下作用を及ぼす薬剤である. ●血糖依存性のインスリン分泌促進作用を有することから低血糖リスクの少ない薬剤であるが, 一部の自己免疫疾患発症のリスクが報告されている. ●心血管イベントの発症を検証した試験では非劣性が示されているが, 心不全発症リスク上昇が報告されている薬剤がある. ●やせ型でインスリン分泌能が低下している症例, 高齢者, 食後高血糖を有する症例などに対する有用性が高い. |
