| Abstract | 「Key Point」●骨粗鬆症治療薬には十分な安全性が求められると同時に, 臨床家には副作用の予防や早期発見と発生時の速やかな対応が求められる. ●顎骨壊死予防のために, 骨吸収抑制薬による治療にあたっては, 医歯薬連携が極めて重要である. ●非定型大腿骨骨折はビスホスホネート薬の休薬によってそのリスクが比較的速やかに低下するので, 治療目標に達したら休薬を検討する. |
