| Abstract | 「Key Point」●うつ病では, 特に中等症以上の症例で, 抑うつ気分, 興味の喪失などの症状の改善を期待し, 抗うつ薬が処方される. ●抗うつ薬間で有効性に明確な優劣はない. 日本のエキスパートコンセンサスでは, 前景症状による抗うつ薬の使い分けを推奨の一つとしてあげている. ●忍容性においても抗うつ薬間ではっきりとした優劣はないものの, 頻度の高い副作用には違いがあるため薬剤選択の際に考慮する. ●抗うつ薬を含む各向精神薬の説明, 服薬を忘れたときの対応に関する説明, 併用薬の確認など, 臨床ではきめ細かい対応が求められる. |
