| Abstract | [Key Point] ●免疫チェックポイント阻害薬は多くのがん種において, 周術期や転移・再発治療で承認されている. ●治療の適応に, PD-L1の評価が必要な場合があるが, がん種や治療セッティングによってその評価方法が異なることがあり注意が必要である. ●特徴的な有害事象である免疫関連有害事象(irAE)を来すことがある. |
