| Abstract | 「国内での処方実態は?」『月刊薬事』で3年ほど連載してきたというのに, これまでの連載で抗精神病薬についてまとめていなかったことに気がつきました. 実に空気の読めない連載であったと痛く反省しています. わが国では子どもに対してどの程度, 抗精神病薬が使われているのでしょうか? 少し古いデータですが, 2002〜2004年, 2005〜2007年, 2008〜2010年の3つの期間にわたるレセプト調査によれば, 2002〜2004年と2008〜2010年を比較すると, 6〜12歳および13〜18歳では抗精神病薬の処方件数が増加していたことが指摘されています. また, 厚生労働省の2020年度のオープンデーターベースから, 19歳未満に対する外来での抗精神病薬の処方実態をみると, リスペリドンとアリピプラゾールが最も多く処方されていました. この背景として, 日本では子どもの精神疾患に保険適用がある抗精神病薬は3種類しかないことがあげられます. |
