| Abstract | 「Key Points」●肺アスペルギルス症は, 侵襲性肺アスペルギルス症, 慢性肺アスペルギルス症, およびアレルギー性気管支肺アスペルギルス症の3つの病態に分けられる. ●アスペルギルス症の治療に用いる抗真菌薬は, ポリエン系, アゾール系, およびキャンディン系の3系統に分けられる. ●アゾール系抗真菌薬は薬物相互作用が多く, 併用薬の確認を行う必要がある. ●一部の抗真菌薬はloading doseや血中トラフ値の測定による治療薬物モニタリング(TDM)が必要である. |
