| Abstract | 「Key Points」●ニューモシスチス肺炎(PCP)は, Pneumocystis jiroveciiが引き起こす日和見感染症である. ●P. jiroveciiは, 培養が困難なため, 患者背景や画像所見, 血中β-Dグルカン値, 呼吸器検体による病理診断などを総合して判断する. ●第一選択薬はST合剤であり, 呼吸不全を合併している場合はステロイドを併用する. ●予防にはST合剤やアトバコンが用いられる. |
