| Abstract | 「オンラベル使用による副作用」前回は抗精神病薬の特徴や種類を紹介したうえで, 疾患別にみた抗精神病薬の有効性について解説しました. 今回はその後編として, 抗精神病薬の副作用や使用時の注意点に焦点を当てたいと思います. 薬物療法の副作用に関して, オンラベル(適応内使用)であれば臨床治験によるデータがありますが, オフラベル(適応外使用)に関しては確たるデータがありません. そのため, オンラベル使用のデータを理解し, さらに小児期だけでなく成人期の抗精神病薬による副作用も把握したうえで処方することが望ましいといえます. 「(1) リスペリドン, アリピプラゾール」リスペリドンとアリピプラゾールが児童思春期に最も多く使用される抗精神病薬であることは前回触れました. 小児期の自閉スペクトラム症(autism spectrum disorder; ASD)に伴う易刺激性に適応をもつこの2剤の副作用からみていきましょう. |
