| Abstract | [Key Points] ●急性心不全の病態は, 体液過剰, 肺うっ血, 低灌流の3病態からなり, それが組み合わさって発症する. ●クリニカルシナリオ分類やNohria-Stevenson分類などをもとに心不全の病態を推測し, 初期治療につなげる. ●治療により心不全の病態は常に変化しうるため, 治療の見直しが必要となる. |
