| Abstract | [Key Points] ●心不全患者ではNO-sGC-cGMP経路の不全を起こしている. ●ベルイシグアトは, sGCのNOに対する感受性を改善し, sGCを直接刺激することでNO-sGC-cGMP経路を活性化する. ●VICTORIA試験においてベルイシグアトは左室収縮能の低下した心不全患者に対する有効性が示された. ●Fantastic Fourを補完する薬剤として有効性が期待される患者群では投与を検討する必要がある. |
