| Abstract | [Key Points] ●「患者背景」, 「感染臓器」, 「病原微生物」をもとに抗菌薬選択を考える. ●薬剤耐性菌を生み出さないように, 不要な抗菌薬は使わない. 使う場合はなるべく狭域の抗菌薬の短期間投与にとどめる. ●重症度に応じて抗菌薬を選択するが, グラム染色などを通じてなるべく標的の病原微生物を絞る努力をする. ●抗菌薬のアレルギー歴がある場合は詳細を確認する. |
