| Abstract | [Key Points] ●せん妄は身体的要因や薬剤が原因となり急性に発症する意識障害, 注意障害である. ●さまざまな精神症状が出現するが「精神疾患」ではない. ●せん妄治療の原則は, 原因を同定し可能な限り除去することである. ●せん妄診療において, 薬剤師には, 薬剤の評価や情報提供だけでなく, 医療者への注意喚起や, 患者・家族ケアなども含めた, 重要な役割を果たすことが求められる. |
